A Letter from Dr. Kirk Harris

Dear Patients:

The purpose of this letter is to let you know of my plans to retire from Littlerock Family Medicine, PS.  This will be occurring in May 2021. 

I have enjoyed my years of service to you and the community as a Family Medicine physician in Tumwater.  Thank you for entrusting me with your medical care. 

My last day to see patients will be Friday, April 30th, 2021.  I will not be available to provide patients with medical care after that date. 

Your medical records will be available through the Littlerock Family Medicine, P.S. office until May 14th, 2021.  Upon receipt of proper authorization, you may have a copy of your medical record sent to the provider of your choice.  For your convenience, a Medical Record Release form can be found on our website www.wkirkharrismd.com. 

If you wish to continue your medical care elsewhere, other providers can be found at Zocdoc.com, WebMD.com, HealthGrades.com, PSWIPA.com, or Yelp.com. 

It has been my pleasure and privilege to treat you during the course of my practice.  I wish you and your family well.
